Director of Transportation Services
to lead the planning, design, and delivery of highway and infrastructure projects across Florida. This is a

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the growth of the transportation practice, driving client development, proposal pursuits, and strategic partnerships
Oversee technical quality, project delivery, and profitability of transportation contracts
Build and maintain strong relationships with state DOTs, municipalities, and local agencies
Direct and mentor engineering and project management staff, fostering collaboration and technical excellence
Develop and execute business strategies including pursuits in conventional delivery, design‑build, and P3 projects
Represent the firm at top‑level client meetings, negotiations, and professional organizations
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering +
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida
15+ years of diverse engineering experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership or management roles
Proven track record delivering and winning highway/transportation projects with
FDOT and local government agencies
Strong client network in Florida, with ability to secure new contracts and expand relationships
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to integrate technical expertise into winning business strategies
