RevSpring provides patient engagement and revenue cycle management services to its clients. We are seeking an Implementation Specialist to deliver high‑quality onboarding, configuration, and upgrade services for our Patient Engagement product suite.
Position Overview
The role will involve collaboration with clients and product managers, and a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence. Responsibilities
Provide onboarding, configuration, and upgrades to clients. Be a subject‑matter expert on RevSpring products, offering best‑practice guidance and implementation procedures. Identify and recommend enhancements to the platform that improve supportability and usability. Document systems and processes, and propose and implement operational improvements. Serve as a key point of contact for troubleshooting and customer support. Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 2‑3 years of implementation or support experience in the healthcare industry. Experience with project tracking and ticketing systems (JIRA preferred). Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent communication skills. Analytical and troubleshooting abilities with a quick learning curve. Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in multitasking and prioritization. Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative. Full‑time, Mid‑Senior level. Remote with periodic onsite visits to RevSpring’s Hamilton, NJ office. Company
