About the Role:
Redefine ERGO NEXT's identity, voice, and visual connection with their people. This is a hybrid role focusing on internal branding and communications strategy, with some people experience programming.
What You'll Do
Define the visual identity of their internal brand: create marketing-grade assets, templates, and campaign collateral.
Craft emotionally resonant messaging for executive communications, translating complex integration themes into compelling stories.
Empower senior leadership with high-stakes narrative decks and talking points for meetings and announcements.
Maintain the internal brand toolkit, ensuring consistent tone and high design standards.
Build communication plans to guide employees through the acquisition journey with clarity and empathy.
Drive "People Experience" activations by designing branded assets for cultural moments, ERG events, and employee recognition.
Bridge the gap between sites, partnering with Workplace teams to connect their Palo Alto office and remote employees.
What We Need
4-6 years of experience in brand design, internal communications, copywriting, or a related creative field.
A portfolio showcasing both visual design (decks, branding) and strategic writing.
Technical fluency in Canva, Google Suite, and AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Gemini).
Executive presence, with the ability to design materials for leadership.
Project management skills to balance brand strategy with logistical details of people programs and budgets.
A change-agent mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and organizational transformation.
Passion for culture-building and commitment to employee belonging and direction.
Unstoppable Qualities
Experience in "Change Management" communications during a merger, acquisition, or rebrand.
Advanced multimedia skills, such as basic video editing or motion graphics.
Background in "Human-Centered Design" to improve the employee lifecycle and digital workspace experience.
