Overview
We are Rubin Financial Group. This role involves remote life insurance sales with commission-based compensation and ongoing training. The base pay range is $75,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr, with additional compensation types including annual bonus and commission. The role is remote, independent contractor, and requires licensing or willingness to obtain licensure. Responsibilities
Sales Presentation:
Deliver captivating presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing life insurance products. Tailor the approach to meet each client’s concerns and preferences. Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term client relationships with ongoing support and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and policy retention. Market Research:
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position offerings effectively and provide client insights. Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of activities and progress toward targets; prepare regular reports for management. Compliance:
Adhere to regulatory requirements, company policies, safeguard client confidentiality, and uphold ethical standards. What You’ll Get
Work remotely with flexible scheduling. Use warm, pre-qualified leads covering major product types—Term Life, Whole Life, Final Expense, IUL, Mortgage Protection, Annuities, and Living Benefits—managed in a CRM (no cold calling). Earn high commissions, bonuses, and residuals from day one. Mentorship and proven systems with extensive experience in agent development. Licensed life insurance producer or willingness to get licensed; guidance provided. Qualifications
Sales or marketing experience preferred; insurance experience is a plus but not required—eagerness to learn is essential. Strong communication skills with integrity and drive. Licensed life insurance producer or willingness to obtain licensure (support provided).
