Channel Sales Manager - Industrial Automation Location: South Central U.S. (TX, LA, OK, AR, KS, MO) Candidate MUST reside within the territory. Reporting to : Channel Sales Director At Moxa, we are passionate about enabling connectivity for the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). Overview Role: Channel Sales Manager – Industrial Automation. This is a quota-driven role focused on expanding Moxa’s presence in the power and industrial networking space by building and strengthening relationships with distributors, resellers, and system integrators to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Drive Growth & Sales Success: Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing opportunities with existing and new channel partners.

Conduct joint sales calls to uncover business opportunities and win competitive deals.

Work closely with distributors and resellers to ensure outstanding service and support.

Expand & Strengthen Channel Partnerships: Build strong relationships with channel leadership and sales teams to increase mindshare and grow Moxa’s footprint.

Build mindshare with channel partners via education and awareness to drive and increase Moxa’s share of partner total revenue.

Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to support growth strategy where applicable.

Develop and execute channel marketing programs in collaboration with the marketing team.

Collaborate & Innovate: Work cross-functionally with Product Management, Marketing, and Technical Sales to deliver value-driven solutions.

Represent Moxa at regional and national trade shows to showcase our solutions.

Act as a trusted advisor, helping partners design and implement industrial networking solutions.

Who You Are Experience & Expertise

5+ years of sales experience in industrial networking or related field.

5+ years of channel management experience, including partner recruitment, development, and training.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).

Skills That Set You Apart

Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills.

Strong sales presentation skills and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work with all levels of channel partners' organization (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Executives).

Proven ability to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools.

Willingness to travel up to 50% across the assigned territory.

Compensation

Total compensation target: $130,000 - $170,000 annually (Base + Commission + Bonus)

Base salary range: $91,000 - $119,000 annually

Target commission opportunity: $39,000 - $51,000 annually
