Regulatory Affairs Manager (Feed Additives) - Germany - Remote/Hybrid We are supporting a company in the animal nutrition sector seeking a Regulatory Affairs Manager to support the registration and compliance of feed additive products across EU and international markets. This role plays a key part in ensuring products meet all regulatory standards while supporting global product registrations and documentation. Role Overview The Regulatory Affairs Manager will be responsible for coordinating regulatory processes related to feed additive approvals and maintaining compliance with relevant international guidelines. The role requires close collaboration with regulatory authorities, internal teams, and international partners to ensure successful product registrations and documentation management, including supporting the launch of new feed additive product lines. Key Responsibilities Manage the registration and approval process for feed additives in line with EU and international regulatory frameworks Support product registration for new lines of feed additives across global markets Maintain and update global product registrations and regulatory documentation Collaborate with national and international regulatory authorities Prepare and submit technical dossiers for feed additive approvals Develop and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Certificates of Analysis (COA), and Certificates of Formulation (COF) Ensure all approval documentation remains compliant with relevant regulations, guidelines, and industry standards Support internal teams with regulatory guidance related to product compliance and market approvals Candidate Profile Degree in Agricultural Sciences, Business Administration, Animal Science, or a related discipline Experience or knowledge related to feed additives and their application in animal nutrition Strong understanding of regulatory approval procedures within the agricultural or feed sector Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively in international regulatory environments Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
