Director of Finance

The Las Olas Network, LLC is partnering with a rapidly growing, private equity–backed wealth management platform to hire a Director of Finance. This individual will play a central role in financial planning, performance visibility, and infrastructure buildout as the firm continues to scale across multiple business lines, legal entities, and acquisitions.
This is a highly strategic and hands‑on leadership role working closely with the SVP of Finance and executive leadership, with direct exposure to budgeting, forecasting, M&A activity, and financial systems optimization.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead firm‑wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Serve as a strategic finance partner to the executive team and ownership Oversee accounting, cash flow management, and financial controls Develop and track KPIs to support growth, profitability, and advisor performance Manage relationships with external partners (CPA firms, auditors, custodians, vendors) Support M&A activity, succession planning, and long‑term capital strategy (as applicable) Improve financial processes, systems, and reporting as the firm scales What We’re Looking For
8–12+ years of progressive finance experience Experience within
wealth management or financial services
strongly preferred Strong background in FP&A, financial modeling, and strategic analysis Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross‑functional initiatives CPA, CFA, or MBA a plus Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution Why This Role
