$80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Responsibilities

Listen to customers, understand their needs, and effectively resolve customer issues. Utilize systems and technology to carry out account management tasks efficiently. Identify sales opportunities and apply sales techniques to upgrade customer accounts. Clearly explain and position products and processes to customers. Ensure first call resolution by employing problem-solving skills and effective call handling. Conduct needs assessments to recommend tailored solutions that align with customer goals. Foster long-term relationships by providing ongoing support and follow-up communications with clients. Requirements

Highly reliable and willing to learn and acquire new skills. Enjoy engaging with people and assisting them in resolving their concerns. Motivated by attractive bonus plans and daily contests. Exhibit professional communication and customer service skills. High school diploma or equivalent; College Students, Interns, and recent College Graduates are encouraged to apply. Ability to learn customer service software applications quickly. Proficient with basic PC skills. Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
