What We’re Looking For Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for Unit Director for Utilization Management to join our Team. The UM Physical Health Director’s primary responsibility is to monitor contractual requirements such as timely communication and resolution of inquiries, state reporting and compliance with accreditation standards. The UM Director-Physical Health works collaboratively to provide education and offer guidance and direction to internal and external partners on matters related to Physical Health Utilization Management and Physical Health Benefits. On a typical day, you might: Monitor and track utilization management resources Collaboration with the utilization management team and other departments Implement programs, projects and processes Identify opportunities for process and quality improvements Evaluate utilization management physical health team performance Assist in the development, implementation, oversight, and analysis of various reports Employee Benefits: Trillium knows that work/life balance is important. Experience: Three (3) years of post-degree experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) and three (3) years of experience in Utilization Management of Physical Health Services. Preferred Experience: Supervision of two (2) or more employees Experience with report development and data analysis Experience with healthcare utilization management tools such as InterQual and Milliman Care Guidelines (MCG) License/Certification: Fully licensed in the State of North Carolina as a Registered Nurse (RN). Must have a valid driver’s license. Location: Remote within North Carolina. Must reside in NC to be considered for remote status.
