Amazon Affiliate Growth Coordinator (Remote) — Path to Account Manager

As we continue to scale, we're looking for a highly motivated Account Coordinator to support our growing client services team. This is a unique opportunity to get in early and scale quickly within the Amazon affiliate ecosystem. As an Account Coordinator, you'll support multiple Account Managers across their account portfolios. You'll gain hands-on experience across a number of platforms and partnerships, working to drive measurable revenue through the affiliate channel. This role is designed to develop and transition into an Account Manager position, contingent on achieving key growth goals and performance milestones. While this is a remote position, we stay connected through regular video calls, quarterly on-site team meetings, and fun team-building outings designed to inspire collaboration, spark creativity, and celebrate shared successes. Key Responsibilities: Support Account Managers in executing campaigns across Amazon Creator Connections and attribution platforms like Levanta and Wayward. Manage affiliate and partner communication, including outreach, follow-ups, and relationship support. Review, process, and track product sample requests for creator activations and campaign launches. Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, creators, and publisher partners while researching content opportunities and promotional strategies to drive growth. Maintain and update client dashboards for accurate, timely reporting. Prepare weekly and monthly client-facing KPI presentations highlighting performance, insights, and growth opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. Stay current on trends, tools, and best practices in Amazon affiliate and performance marketing. Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in a marketing agency, preferably with affiliate marketing experience. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills. Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data to uncover insights and optimize performance. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, comfortable handling high-volume, detail-oriented tasks with precision. Motivated, coachable, and eager to grow into a client-facing role. Technically proficient with Google Workspace and data processing/analysis. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Preferably based in Los Angeles, CA.
