We are currently hiring
remote customer service agents
to handle
collections and sales support calls . This role is perfect for individuals who are confident on the phone, can handle sensitive conversations, and are comfortable offering solutions to customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
Handle inbound & outbound calls
Assist customers with account balances & payment arrangements
Provide customer support while maintaining professionalism
Offer solutions and upsell services when appropriate
Accurately document all call details
What We’re Looking For
Ability to handle collections conversations professionally
Comfortable with sales and upselling
Basic computer skills + ability to navigate multiple systems
Quiet, distraction-free workspace
Equipment Requirements
Wired USB headset
Hardwired internet connection (no WiFi)
Paid training available
Must attend all scheduled sessions
Deposit may be required (refundable after first day of class)
