A global leader in chemical distribution is seeking a Director of Compensation to lead compensation strategy for a hybrid role based in Downers Grove, IL. In this position, you will develop and manage a strong compensation team while influencing business leaders and shaping compensation programs that reward performance. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of progressive compensation experience, preferably in a Private Equity-backed environment, and possess strong business insight.
