The Multimedia Design Manager is a hybrid creative leader responsible for end to end visual execution of Gaming Arts’ brand and product marketing across print, digital, web, social, and video. This role produces high quality marketing artwork, product collateral, slicks/cut sheets, brochures, customer presentations, trade show assets, and social templates, while also owning ongoing website updates, video production and editing to support Gaming Arts’ always on content engine across various platforms including YouTube and LinkedIn. This position is part of the creative marketing team responsible for assigned projects in all areas of communications, including the production of promotional materials and collateral, web management, and social marketing campaign assets.

What You’ll Do

Graphics / Brand & Product Marketing Collateral

Develop marketing collateral for a wide range of applications including product brochures, cut sheets/slicks, one pagers, sales sheets, rack cards, posters, banners, digital ads, and social marketing campaign materials

Create and maintain high quality sales tools for Gaming Arts products (slots, cabinets, and related solutions)

Produce visually compelling marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), ensuring alignment with brand standards and production requirements

Build and maintain a scalable template system (InDesign/Illustrator) for repeatable, consistent output across launches, campaigns, and events

Prepare print ready and digital ready files; coordinate with outside vendors to meet guidelines/specifications for production

Maintain organized, secure, and intuitive asset libraries (source files, exports, versioning, naming conventions)

Video Production & Editing

Plan and execute video capture including gameplay footage, product demonstrations, and showroom content

Manage video editing, formatting, and packaging of content for use across website, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital channels

Edit longform video into shortform formats suitable for digital distribution and social platforms

Develop and maintain production workflows that enable efficient creation, editing, and reuse of video assets

Cross Functional Collaboration & Production Support

Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop visuals that support product positioning, customer presentations, and marketing initiatives

Support trade shows and events through development of booth graphics, screen content, presentations, and supporting collateral

Support website visual updates including graphics, product imagery, and embedded video content in coordination with Product and Marketing teams

Quality and Brand Consistency

Ensure accuracy of product representation and consistency of visual standards across all deliverables

Maintain alignment with brand guidelines and approved assets across marketing and product materials

What You Bring

35+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video production, or marketing creative roles

Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (required): Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in layout, typography, visual systems, and brand consistency across print and digital

Intermediate video product, editing, and motion skills (preferred): Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects (or equivalent)

Experience producing content for YouTube and LinkedIn, including thumbnails, short form clips, and channel packaging

Ability to update websites with graphics, animations, video, and other content management

Familiarity with vendor production workflows (print specs, pre press, file handoff)

Familiarity with CAD or technical drawing tools (e.g., for cabinet layouts, trade show floor layouts, spatial concepts, or production coordination) is a plus, but not required

Experience in gaming, entertainment, hospitality, or regulated industries

Bachelor’s degree equivalent experience

Marketing and product collateral are delivered on time, productionready, and aligned with brand standards, enabling Sales and Product teams to clearly communicate features and value to customers

Visual assets across brochures, presentations, digital graphics, and trade show materials demonstrate consistency, accuracy, and strong attention to detail

Video content is captured and edited efficiently, producing clear product demonstrations and shortform content suitable for web, LinkedIn, and YouTube

Templates and asset libraries are organized in a way that allows Marketing and Sales teams to efficiently access current materials and maintain consistency across initiatives

Trade show and event materials are prepared accurately and delivered in alignment with production timelines and vendor requirements

Website visual content remains current and aligned with product updates, ensuring accurate representation of Gaming Arts’ offerings

Crossfunctional partners experience the creative process as responsive, organized, and solutionoriented, with projects moving forward clearly from concept to final deliverable

Visual work reflects strong layout discipline, typography, and brand alignment across print, digital, and video formats

Projects are managed in a way that supports multiple concurrent priorities while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines

Creative output supports product visibility, customer engagement, and overall commercial initiatives across the business
