What You’ll Do You’ll operate as a trusted advisor to leaders across the organization, helping drive both day-to-day HR support and long-term business outcomes:
Partner with senior leaders to influence organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy
Drive retention, engagement, and internal mobility, while supporting succession planning and leadership development
Use people data and insights to identify trends and guide smarter business decisions
Lead and support change management initiatives as the organization continues to grow and evolve
Build and enhance performance management processes and coach leaders to elevate team performance
Strengthen and manage employee engagement programs and tools
Serve as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations matters, balancing risk, compliance, and employee experience
Partner closely with Learning & Development to support ongoing coaching, training, and growth opportunities
Support and oversee core HR programs, including compensation, benefits, recruiting partnership, and compliance
What You Bring
7–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including strong partnership with leaders and executives
Proven ability to influence decisions and drive outcomes through strong business acumen
Experience with organizational design, talent strategy, and change management
Confidence navigating employee relations and complex people challenges
A data-driven mindset, you know how to use insights, not just instincts
Comfort in a lean, build-as-you-go environment where you’ll wear multiple hats
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust at all levels
