Overview
Marketing Director — Location: New York, NY | Hybrid. Our client, an architecture and engineering firm, is seeking an ambitious Marketing Director to join our rapidly growing team. This role is critical to driving our continued growth and shaping how our brand is experienced across all channels.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to support company growth
Lead and manage marketing managers and cross-functional teams
Oversee digital advertising campaigns, including planning, execution, and performance measurement
Manage the company website and coordinate updates with third-party vendors
Direct and grow our social media presence across platforms
Manage external PR partners, events, media outreach, and key relationships
Oversee in-house creative teams, agencies, and content writers
Support lead generation and business development initiatives
Maintain hands-on involvement in campaign planning, execution, and analytics, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and website optimization
Qualifications
A minimum of 6 years of relevant professional marketing experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a strong desire to learn and grow
