At this moment of tremendous growth and opportunity, we are making significant investments in our infrastructure, including standing up a robust development function. Working closely with the Chief Development Officer (CDO), the Director of Development is a new position that will lead the acquisition and development of major donors, supervise a growing team, and oversee the smooth operations of the department.
