About the Opportunity
I’m partnering with a fast-growing, performance-driven digital company that is looking to bring on an
Affiliate / Partnerships Manager
to own and scale a critical revenue channel.
This is a
high-impact, hands‑on role
where you’ll be responsible for building and expanding affiliate partnerships, driving customer acquisition, and directly influencing revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is someone who understands
performance marketing and affiliate partnerships inside and out , thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and knows how to
source, negotiate, and scale high‑performing partnerships .
What You’ll Do
Own business development efforts to identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners
Negotiate and structure partnerships across
CPA, CPL, and revenue share models
Develop and execute affiliate growth strategies to drive
lead volume, conversion, and ROI
Monitor lead performance, partner ROI, and lead quality — optimizing continuously
Analyze performance data to identify trends and uncover growth opportunities
Build and maintain strong partner relationships through ongoing communication and performance reviews
Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, analytics, and product teams to improve outcomes
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
✅ What You’ll Need
3+ years of hands‑on experience in affiliate marketing or partnership‑driven business development
(this is not a paid media role)
Proven success
sourcing, closing, and scaling affiliate or performance‑based partnerships
that drive measurable results
Experience working with
CPA, CPL, and/or revenue share models
Strong track record of
partner sourcing, negotiation, and relationship management
Data‑driven mindset with the ability to
analyze performance metrics (ROI, LTV, conversion rates) and optimize campaigns
Experience working with
affiliate platforms/networks
(e.g., Impact, CJ, ShareASale, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple partners, pricing models, and performance metrics simultaneously
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Self‑starter who can
operate independently and take full ownership of a revenue channel
Comfortable working in a
fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment
Ability to work a
hybrid schedule (3 days/week in NYC office)
Candidates with primarily paid media backgrounds (SEM, paid social, programmatic) without direct affiliate experience
will not be considered .

The expected base salary for this position is
$100,000+ per year (TBD) . This role is eligible for an annual cash bonus and equity. Compensation may vary based on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Salary ranges are provided in accordance with New York City Human Rights Law.
