Oversee end-to-end operations of multiple short-term rental properties
Manage calendars, bookings, and guest communication with a hospitality-first mindset
Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and turnovers seamlessly
Ensure consistently high ratings and memorable guest experiences
Revenue & Performance Optimization
Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
Analyze market trends and competitor performance
Continuously optimize listings and operational workflows for peak performance
Systems & Automation
Leverage Property Management Systems (PMS) to streamline operations
Automate guest communication and internal processes
Maintain accurate and real-time operational data
Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure adherence to local and international short-term rental regulations
Apply industry best practices to minimize risk and enhance efficiency
Maintain consistency, quality, and brand standards across all properties
Required Experience
Proven hands‑on experience managing short-term rental properties
Strong expertise in pricing strategies, booking flows, and guest management
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple properties efficiently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with PMS platforms and automation tools
Knowledge of European rental regulations (especially Spain)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
