Berkshire Hathaway GUARD Insurance is seeking a candidate to lead the monitoring and reporting on our Distribution relationships. This highly collaborative role works with many stakeholders within the company and closely with the Head of Distribution. The main responsibilities include ensuring visibility and accountability around our agent, broker, and delegated authority trading relationships. Monitor and report on the performance of all agents and brokers Collaborate with the Head of Distribution, Data & Analytics, and other teams to develop and improve reporting systems Manage agent and broker classifications, profiles, and review processes Develop and maintain agency profiles and share of wallet expectations Produce monthly reports for executive review and conduct regular performance reviews Ensure consistency in agency engagement and communication strategies Align territory manager incentives with partner management objectives Maintain and update the Distribution Manual and manage special projects as needed Qualifications

8+ years of experience in the insurance industry (preferred) Strong familiarity with data reporting and monitoring tools Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools is a plus Salary

$120,000-$175,000 USD with a performance-based bonus. The role requires working in one of our offices 3 days a week and travel as needed. Salary ranges are broad and depend on credentials, education, experience, location, and other factors. Additional Details
