Director of Technology & Systems
to oversee the full technology environment across multiple residences, offices, and creative spaces.
This leadership role is responsible for
enterprise IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, high-end residential AV systems, automation platforms, and overall technology strategy
across a global portfolio. The position blends
strategic planning with hands‑on oversight
of internal AV/IT technicians, external advisors, and specialized technology vendors.
Key Background
7+ years in senior IT / AV leadership roles
Experience supporting UHNW principals, luxury estates, family offices, or high-expectation private environments
Expertise in Apple ecosystems, enterprise networking, cybersecurity, residential AV, and automation systems
Service-oriented leadership style with exceptional discretion
Location New York City–based with regular travel to the Hamptons, West Coast, and internationally.
Full-time role with highly competitive compensation and benefits. Estimated: $300,000+
