Overview
Role: In Home Sales Associate Flooring and Design. We are a locally owned and operated franchise servicing the Houston Memorial territory. We are looking for a hard-working, service-minded, motivated individual who loves to have fun and the desire to earn unlimited income and success! Responsibilities
Meet with homeowners in their home to discuss needs and wants for flooring. Assess goals and budget, recommend and sell the flooring solution that best fits their needs. Provide estimates and close the sale; submit the paperwork. Represent a mobile showroom with 3000+ samples to ensure the best selection for clients. Qualifications
In-Home sales experience preferred. Excellent listening, communication, and customer-service skills. Competitive, goal-driven, with a creative side; comfortable working with customers to imagine and realize design ideas. No prior flooring or design experience required. Pay and Benefits
Base + Commission; pay is results-based with no explicit upper limit. Paid training; bonuses and opportunities for advancement. Full-time; paid PTO; 401K including matching; health benefit options. Company van (mobile showroom) for work appointments (insurance and gas covered by company). Company phone; annual company convention (Mexico).
