Position Details Product Analyst Birmingham or Atlanta (Hybrid, minimum 3 days onsite) 12-month contract to hire Pay Rate: $40.00 to $42.00 per hour
Role Overview Our client seeks a Digital Product & Execution Analyst to oversee research, definition, planning, development, and implementation of initiatives delivered by Agile teams. The analyst will conduct market research, liaise between product and UX teams to improve user experience, analyze data and user behavior, lead UAT, and support quality assurance. Knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and experience with API platform testing (Postman) are desirable. The role involves collaboration across multiple teams and functions as a subject matter expert.
Primary Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with UX teams to develop customer surveys and interpret results to inform business strategies.
Analyze data and customer behavior to influence product strategy, especially in open banking.
Create user stories, wireframes, and requirements for development teams.
Lead user acceptance testing and coordinate pre-release testing activities.
Manage the product lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience or High School diploma/GED with 5+ years of experience.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to perform UAT on API platforms (e.g., Postman).
Familiarity with Open Banking concepts.
Willingness to support after-hours on-call rotations if required.
