Location: National / Remote/ Multi-city | Compensation: $100K–$450K+ (No Cap)
About The Role We’re seeking a Commercial Flooring Sales Executive & Lead Commercial Estimator to drive growth by building strong client relationships and delivering tailored commercial flooring solutions. This role is ideal for a self‑motivated, results‑driven professional with deep knowledge of commercial flooring projects and a proven track record in sales or project management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the commercial flooring market.
Identify new business opportunities through networking and market research.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals.
Collaborate with design and installation teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Provide expert guidance on flooring installation options, including carpet, resilient, ceramic, epoxy, and resinous materials.
Prepare and deliver proposals and contracts.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, bidding, account management, or project management within commercial flooring service and construction and installation.
Strong knowledge of commercial flooring products (carpet, resilient, ceramic, resinous, epoxy).
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
