Seeking an ambitious
Associate Sales Representative
to represent an expansive product portfolio for our Foot & Ankle division!
As an Associate Sales Representative, you will be given the opportunity to strategically sell and promote CONMED’S Foot & Ankle products within a defined geographic territory to our customers. This will be accomplished by providing outstanding customer service as well as product demonstrations/presentations within the Operating Room & office settings to surgeons and hospital personnel.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work within a distributorship with hands-on training and clinical support.

What You Will Do:
Assist in generating new sales opportunities and maintaining existing business
Meet monthly/quarterly/annual quotas assigned by the company
Observe procedures in the operating room of hospital accounts to gain insight into the needs of physicians and OR staff
Respond quickly to customer needs regarding products and service and collaborate with the appropriate teams
Communicate with senior executives and key decision-makers
What You Need:
Bachelor’s Degree from Accredited University
1+ years of outside sales experience or 1+ years of Surgical Tech or Related Clinical experience
High level of energy, motivation, drive, perseverance, initiative, commitment & professionalism
Excellent time management and ability to effectively prioritize
Ability to work independently and exercise strong decision-making skills
Exceptional focus and ability to bring tasks to completion
