The purpose of the Marketing Director is to develop and execute top‑of‑the‑funnel marketing efforts, develop cutting‑edge content, optimize Pacific Quest’s online presence and develop and nurture new referral pathways.
Essential Responsibilities
Develop and execute a marketing strategy with a specific focus on search engine optimization, new referral source generation, online advertising, and podcasts/relevant media platform cross‑collaboration
Develop content with a particular focus on video content designed to elevate the sophistication of Pacific Quest services, digital flyers & print handouts designed for new referral partners, branded swag to engage and nurture new connections, photos of programming, facilities and experiences, and a website that engages prospective clients, families and referral partners
In coordination with the Admissions & Outreach Directors, develop new referral relationships through virtual & on‑island tours, conference attendance & presentation, regional travel, warm call, email, and social media campaigns
In coordination with the Admissions & Outreach Directors, develop, implement and maintain CRM strategy to elicit and analyze data to inform marketing strategies, ensure accountability to strategy, identify, analyze and pursue in partnership with the business development and other teams, new referral sources, B2B, and other service line opportunities
Additional Duties
Supports and implements all admissions and business development goals and strategy, working closely with all other departments
Supporting and implementing admissions and outreach systems and process
Communicate directly with families/students, educational consultants/referral sources, psychiatrists/psychologists, schools/programs, and transport companies
Clear, thorough, and timely communication and documentation
Review and maintain marketing statistics and report to management
Manage email marketing campaigns in Mailchimp
Assist with staff recruiting and outreach
Additional duties as assigned
Competencies
High level professional communication skill set
Requires ability to be a team player, to form mutually respectful relationships with staff and to grow professionally in meeting the challenges of this position
Mainland location preferred in order to manage different client time zones
Ability to work independently

Skills/Qualifications
3‑5 years in admissions or outreach/development work
BA/BS preferred
Microsoft applications, including Excel
Google applications experience
Electronic medical records system experience
Ability to pass pre‑hire and ongoing background, fingerprint and drug screen clearance
Pre‑hire physical and 2‑step TB clearance required
Work Hours
Flexible schedule as needed
Primarily regular business hours with occasional need for weekends
Occasional travel required
