As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us expand into new markets and industries including SaaS, Finance, Healthcare, and Hospitality. In this high-impact role, you’ll connect with C-level decision-makers, build long-term relationships, and generate qualified sales opportunities. What You’ll Do Own outbound prospecting and generate qualified pipeline for our Mid-Market and Enterprise Sales teams Conduct high-volume outreach (100 calls/day) to build and manage a book of business Deliver 6+ Sales Qualified Opportunities per month with a minimum annual forecast value of $10K each Learn to navigate complex buying cycles, and tailor solutions that align with prospect goals and timelines Collaborate with experienced Account Executives to close initial deals and grow accounts Sales Tech Stack You’ll Use: Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach.io Work Style: Hybrid - 3 days in office What You’ll Gain: Intensive training on customer personas and outbound sales strategy Exposure to C-Suite decision-makers and strategic selling tactics Clear path to promotion into Enterprise SDR, Team Lead, or AE roles within 8-12 months Mentorship from senior leaders and high visibility within the organization What You Bring: 1-3+ years in sales or customer-facing roles Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM (bonus) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ambition, curiosity, drive and a genuine desire to build a career in sales Why You’ll Love It Here: Competitive compensation: $55,000 base + uncapped commission Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits- including mental health support with 12 free therapy sessions per year for you and your family Flexible PTO policy: take the time you need to recharge Rapid internal growth and promotion opportunities- most employees stay for 7+ years A fun, fast-paced team environment that celebrates wins and supports one another Interested candidates, please note: Our team checks for new applicants every day and while we would love to be able to engage with each of you personally, given the high volume of applicants we receive, we are only able to contact candidates who are best suited for this role.
