Sales Executive (3 Years, Healthcare Optional)
Sales Executive – Healthcare RCM | Georgetown, TX
Location Requirement: Austin/Georgetown, TX area only
Eligibility: US Citizens or Green Card holders only
Scintillate RCM Healthcare is launching our Georgetown office and looking for battle-tested B2B sales professionals ready to dominate a new market.
What you’ll do:
Hunt and close RCM deals with medical practices, ASCs, and hospital systems
Sign 6-7 new clients in Year 1
Use our proven C.H.A.M.P.S. sales methodology to close deals in 60-90 days
Build your career with equity potential and direct path to VP/leadership
What you bring:
3 years B2B sales with consistent quota attainment (ideally 4x OTE)
Track record of closing complex deals ($50K-$200K ACV)
Hunter mentality — you create opportunities, not wait for them
Self-starter DNA — you own your territory and results
Healthcare/RCM experience is a strong plus but not required
If you’ve sold SaaS, services, or solutions into regulated industries, you’ll succeed here
What we offer:
Target OTE: $120K-$132K (Year 1)
Commission on annual contract value with accelerators
Top performers: $160K-$190K
Equity discussions for top performers after Year 1
Ground-floor opportunity — founding sales team member
Direct access to C-suite
Clear path to leadership as we scale to 15 sales roles
