Trident Construction Group, an Atlanta based General Contractor, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects. As a traveling superintendent, you will play a critical role in ensuring that each project is completed on time, within budget, up to the highest quality standards and delivers client satisfaction. This dynamic position requires travel to diverse job sites, where you will coordinate with subcontractors, drive safety compliance, and maintain effective communication with project stakeholders.

medical office construction(MOBs) , retail, restaurant, office, government, including interior build-outs and ground-up projects.
Responsibilities
Daily job site supervision and management of construction activities
Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and project owners
Ensure all projects are executed in accordance with plans, specifications, and quality standards
Monitor project progress and generate status reports for management
Enforce compliance with safety regulations and company safety policies on all sites
Manage scheduling and resources to meet project deadlines
Identify and resolve issues or delays proactively to keep projects on track
Requirements
5 years experience as a Construction Superintendent delivering successful projects
Willingness and ability to travel - 14-16 week projects
Healthcare project experience a must
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical documents
Proficient in project management and scheduling software - Procore a plus
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
