An exciting, high-growth fintech company in the lending space is seeking a

Revenue Operations Manager

to help scale and optimize its go-to-market engine. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-moving high-growth, VC-backed FinTech (Series A) reimagining how commercial credit is delivered through embedded lending.

The Role As RevOps Manager, playing a key role in driving revenue efficiency across sales, marketing, and customer success. You’ll be responsible for building and refining the systems, processes, and insights that power revenue growth. You’ll partner closely with GTM leadership to improve forecasting accuracy, streamline operations, and enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Own and optimize the revenue tech stack (CRM, automation tools, reporting platforms)

Design and implement scalable processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success

Drive pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and performance reporting

Analyze funnel metrics and identify opportunities to improve conversion and efficiency

Partner with leadership to define and track KPIs and revenue targets

Support strategic planning, territory design, and incentive structures

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles

Prior experience in high-growth startups (Series A or Series B strongly preferred)

Strong expertise with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data/reporting tools

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Proven ability to build processes from scratch and scale them effectively

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
