Remote Entry-Level Cruise Coordinator
to support clients in planning and coordinating cruise travel experiences. In this role, you will assist with researching cruise options, preparing quotes, organizing itineraries, and ensuring all travel details are accurate and well-managed. You will communicate with clients to gather preferences, answer general inquiries, and provide timely updates throughout the booking process. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy travel, customer service, and administrative coordination, and are looking to build experience in the travel and hospitality industry while working remotely. Key Responsibilities
Research cruise lines, itineraries, accommodations, and onboard experiences Prepare and organize travel quotes, proposals, and cruise itineraries Communicate with clients to gather travel details and respond to inquiries Coordinate with travel partners and vendors to confirm reservations Maintain accurate client records and documentation Ensure all booking details are complete and up to date Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Basic computer skills (email, web browsing, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace Customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience is a plus but not required Benefits
