Reimbursement Nurse
to own the MDS and Medicare/Medicaid processes across several sites.
What You'll Do
Be the go-to reimbursement expert across multiple SNFs
Conduct MDS assessments & ensure optimal, compliant reimbursement
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support quality care
Travel between facilities to train, audit, and guide local staff
Elevate reimbursement strategy—your voice matters here
Manage ADR's, PDPM, and work closely with Clinical, Therapy, and Operations superheroes
Qualifications
Knows MDS 3.0 like the back of their hand
Has a Texas RN license (or compact state)
Brings multi-facility or regional experience (preferred)
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment
Can travel within Texas (and enjoys hitting the road)
