Job Description The Digital Communications Specialist supports the Director of Corporate Communications in developing, managing, and executing digital communication initiatives that connect employees across PCC's global operations. This highly technical and creative role combines graphic design, digital media production, videography/photography, visual storytelling, project coordination, and hands‑on event support to enhance communication and engagement throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate is a skilled multimedia professional who thrives in both creative and technical environments—designing graphics, producing and editing videos, coding HTML, and other tasks as required.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities Digital and Visual Communications

Develop and edit multimedia content, including videography/photography, motion graphics, and digital designs for internal and external audiences.

Collaborate in the design digital and print graphics, presentations, and other visual materials to support PCC's initiatives.

Support and maintain employee communication platforms, including the company's communications app, SharePoint sites, and intranet pages.

Modify and maintain front‑end HTML/CSS within digital communication systems to improve usability, layout, and design consistency.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate complex manufacturing and technical concepts into engaging easy‑to‑understand visual stories.

Provide expertise in digital content accessibility, visual consistency, and best practices for internal and external communications.

Corporate Events and Conferences

Assist with content creation for events, including video highlights, presentation templates, and digital signage.

Coordinate with vendors and internal partners to ensure seamless technical execution of events.

Capture event photography or video on‑site as needed for post‑event communications.

Strategic Communication Support

Execute marketing strategy for recruiting and branding at PCC, including developing content for recruitment marketing channels.

Translate complex manufacturing and technical information into clear, visually engaging stories that resonate with diverse audiences.

Partner with HR, Operations, and other functional teams to develop consistent, branded messages for employees worldwide.

Support communication campaigns and company‑wide initiatives that communicate company messaging to a global audience.

May perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

Must possess strong communication skills and professionalism with individuals inside and outside the organization

Must have the ability to work independently and achieve individual/team goals

Must have strong computer skills

Must have the ability to manage multiple projects at a time

Required Experience and Education

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or related field.

2-4 years of experience in digital communications and multimedia design/production.

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro (alternatively Final Cut Pro acceptable), Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint.

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for web and mobile communication platforms.

Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments and geographies.

Ability to travel (approximately 15-25%).
