Requirements Who you are:
Senior‑level growth operator, likely a former Team Leader / Director of Growth from existing real estate brands.
Ability to read a P&L and understand exact financial pain points of a team leader with $50 million in volume but a fraction of profit.
Fluent in modern technology, leveraging AI workflows for data filtering and high‑scale conversations.
Operate without ego, avoid high‑pressure sales tactics, and appreciate peer‑to‑peer consultation for wealthy agents.
