We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative for our Referral Network Team. This position is fully remote. In the RN Customer Representative role, you will respond to inbound leads from a variety of digital sources, including website forms, inbound calls, and text message replies. You will be responsible for pairing consumers with real estate agents based on the best fit for buying or selling their homes, while also considering paid membership status, agent ranking, and service area coverage.
This role also includes handling a high volume of inbound and outbound follow-ups via text, calls, and email to maintain engagement and provide ongoing support to consumers and agents. You will proactively prospect for status updates daily.
Success in this role requires a strong interest in technology, software, and real estate, along with excellent communication skills. You should be comfortable engaging with peers, customers, and real estate professionals in both written and verbal formats.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will also:
Analyze CRM and third‑party data sources to assess data quality, capture newly gathered context for real estate partners, and determine whether leads meet qualification criteria.
Identify and match consumers with the best agent to close the deal, based on agent ranking, service area, paid tier, and price range, while maintaining high accuracy.
Navigate agent and opportunity profiles with ease, and confidently handle requests related to account‑specific details.
A fit for this role will include:
High school diploma required.
Coachable and has a thirst for learning. Practices, memorizes, and utilizes call scripts and sales best practices.
Active listener. Engages and empathizes with customers and builds rapport.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
Results‑oriented and a high achiever. Sets goals and hold themselves accountable to them.
Strong computer skills, including software navigation, multi‑tasking, typing, and data entry.
Preferred experience includes:
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
At least 1 year of experience in a contact center, customer service, inside sales or real estate ISA role.
Work experience within the real estate or mortgage industry.
Compensation & Hours:
Full‑time, 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday - Friday
