Hybrid Opportunity
Starting pay is $60,000 - $70,000, depending on experience.

Position Summary We are seeking a recruiter to support high-volume hiring across our treatment centers, with a primary focus on recruiting counselors and medication nurses. This hybrid position offers a mix of remote and onsite work. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for recruiting, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative spirit.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned treatment centers, including intake, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer coordination.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
Use job boards, social media, referrals, and ATS tools to identify and engage qualified candidates.
Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and maintain a positive candidate experience.
Support compliance by maintaining accurate documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Participate in HR and Talent Acquisition initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting or HR support/administration.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.) is a plus.
Interest in healthcare or behavioral health is preferred.
