Rare opportunity! Anyone Can Camps is a young, growing Atlanta nonprofit, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow right along with us. As our Assistant Camp Director, you'll be in the middle of everything, leading camp weeks filled with kids discovering what they're capable of, managing our afterschool program in Atlanta-area schools, and working directly with the founder from home during the off-season. You'll learn how a nonprofit operates from the inside out, develop real leadership skills, and build toward becoming a full Camp Director. If you're passionate about kids, hungry to grow, and excited by the idea of helping build something meaningful from the ground up, this is your seat at the table.We're looking for someone who is self-driven, organized, responsible, and eager to learn. Hybrid Position: On-site during camps and after-school, WFH during the off-season. Salary : $50,000-$60,000, depending on experience. What You'll Do Serve as the Assistant Director throughout all camp weeks. Attendance is required for every session, no exceptions. This runs from May 26th to August 3rd. Support the Camp Director in day-to-day operations, staff coordination, and camper experience. Lead by example to create a safe, inclusive, and energizing environment for every child. Learn and develop all program activities. Develop your leadership skills with a clear path toward becoming a full Camp Director. Fall & Spring — Afterschool Program Coordinator and Executiver Assistant Run our afterschool program at partner schools.Sessions are approximately one hour per day. Facilitate engaging, age-appropriate lessons and group activities for students. Manage logistics, communication, and program planning remotely (work from home) outside of on-site sessions. Assist the Director with any additional organizational needs as they arise. M-F is approximately 1.5 hours in school, and the rest is work from home. Work outside of the afterschool program is assisting the director in any projects they need help with.
