We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and creative Marketing Director to lead marketing efforts for two complementary high-end brands in the luxury residential space — Interior Marketing Group (IMG), a nationally recognized leader in luxury real estate staging, and Eisen Design House (EDH), an emerging bespoke interior design studio. The Marketing Director will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports both our staging and interior design divisions. This individual will oversee brand positioning, digital marketing, PR, and content creation, while integrating cutting-edge AI tools to enhance efficiency, creativity, and performance. This is a highly visible role that works closely with executive leadership, including the CEO, to shape the company\'s voice and growth trajectory. This role is in the office Monday-Thursday and remote on Friday. Key Responsibilities

For Interior Marketing Group (IMG)

Brand Oversight & Strategy:

Uphold and refine IMG’s luxury brand identity across all marketing channels, ensuring consistent alignment with the company’s premium aesthetic and target clientele. Photography Direction:

Oversee all property and campaign photography, collaborating with photographers and design teams to ensure every image reflects IMG’s high-end visual standards. Public Relations:

Manage PR initiatives and relationships with media partners, securing strategic press coverage in luxury, lifestyle, and real estate publications. Social Media Management:

Oversee the content strategy, growth, and engagement across all social media platforms; manage the social media team to ensure a cohesive and aspirational brand voice. Brand Awareness & Campaigns:

Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, client acquisition, and referral engagement. Event Management:

Plan and oversee select brand and industry events (press previews, open houses, and brand collaborations) to enhance visibility and strengthen industry relationships. Strategic Launch & Growth Marketing:

Develop and implement a marketing strategy to establish EDH’s presence in the luxury design market and build brand recognition. Business Development Marketing:

Partner with leadership to create marketing funnels, client outreach strategies, and content designed to attract and convert high-end residential design clients. Brand Identity Creation:

Help shape the visual and editorial identity of EDH through logo, website, collateral, and tone of voice, ensuring all materials reflect the firm’s design ethos. Digital Presence:

Build and oversee EDH’s digital footprint — website, portfolio development, SEO, and social media launch — with a focus on high-quality storytelling and client case studies. Collaborations & Partnerships:

Identify partnership and PR opportunities with luxury brands, architects, and publications to elevate EDH’s positioning in the design world. Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, image rendering tools, analytics platforms) to enhance marketing output Utilize AI for content creation (copywriting, social captions, email campaigns) while maintaining brand voice Implement AI-driven analytics to track campaign performance and optimize ROI Explore AI tools for design visualization, virtual staging concepts, and trend forecasting Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of innovation Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). 7+ years of experience in marketing leadership, preferably in luxury real estate, design, or hospitality industries. Proven experience in brand development, digital marketing strategy, and PR management. Strong understanding of visual storytelling, photography direction, and social media engagement in the luxury space. Exceptional communication and presentation skills with an eye for design and detail. Demonstrated success in launching or elevating brands within a competitive, high-end market. Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
