Pinpoint and pursue new business across prioritized North American markets.
Design and implement strategic and tactical growth plans aligned to commercial goals.
Partner with front-end sales to deepen customer engagement and accelerate opportunities.
Uncover customer challenges and configure tailored, value-creating solutions.
Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to inform positioning and plays.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets with clear, recurring activity and performance reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market and delivery.
Maintain compliance with relevant external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines in all activities.
What you will bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
At least 8 years in business development, sales, or a similar commercial role.
Solid understanding of the transformer services industry and market dynamics.
Top-tier communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to build rapport with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
Self-driven, strategic thinker with a results orientation.
Willing and able to travel domestically and/or internationally up to 50%.
