Overview

Fetch is seeking a Travel Pet Insurance Sales Associate for the Florida territory. Up to 75% travel may be required. You will represent Fetch at partner locations to sell pet insurance policies, focus on converting opportunities into sales, and delight customers. You are passionate about pets and helping human companions understand the value of protecting their pets with comprehensive insurance. You will listen to customer needs and collaborate to create the best outcome. Responsibilities

Willing to travel up to 75% in the Florida area and to various shelters and partner locations. Represent Fetch as a confident, friendly, trusted advisor to sell pet insurance policies at partner locations in Florida. Communicate Fetch’s competitive advantages and demonstrate understanding of Fetch and competitor pet health insurance products. Turn prospects into loyal clients and repeat customers; build relationships with customers. Accurately record prospect and customer information in Fetch CRM. Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel at partner locations to support meeting performance objectives and partner expectations monthly. Proactively assess partner needs through onsite focus and follow-up meetings. Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for new business. Communicate with peers to identify challenges and successes; attend monthly company meetings or check-ins as required. Manage expense budget and submit completed reports monthly. Manage all administrative tasks related to the partnership. Strive to exceed customer expectations. Qualifications / Skills

Ability to travel to shelters across the country; travel may be regional, national, or require air travel. Ability to structure your work week during peak hours (Friday–Sunday) when sales activity is highest. Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license or willingness to obtain a P&C license at the company’s expense within 30 days of employment (subject to state requirements). Proven self-starter with 3–5 years in an animal care role. Passion for prospecting new sales opportunities and enjoying face-to-face conversations. Familiarity with animal health or animal welfare a plus, but not required. Ability to think and act independently within a fast-paced sales cycle; proven success in building relationships using a consultative, solution-focused approach. Demonstrated customer service skills and ability to understand Fetch’s customers’ needs. Willingness to travel to various industry events as required. Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills; strong teamwork and collaboration mindset. Professional Traits

The pay range for this position is $55,000 – $100,000+ on a full-time basis. Base salary may be eligible for additional bonuses; position may participate in the company bonus plans. Benefits & Perks
