as a Senior Product Analyst for the Digital Cabin team. This role is perfect for an
investigative, hands-on analyst
who thrives on turning raw data into actionable insights that directly influence product strategy. You will dive into
Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery)
to uncover patterns in user behavior, drive retention, optimize engagement, and bridge the gap between
central analytics and product teams . If you enjoy

Key Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders to design analytics solutions that inform critical business decisions
Own the design, implementation, and maintenance of metrics, reports, analyses, and end-user tools
Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify root causes of business and product challenges
Use advanced SQL (BigQuery), Python, R, and other data analysis tools to wrangle raw data into actionable insights
Build and maintain analytical sandboxes for product teams, structuring data for immediate business use
Monitor product and user behavior data, generating proactive hypotheses and challenging vanity metrics
Translate business concepts into precise logic and documentation for adoption by central analytics teams
Collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Data Management teams to improve data completeness, usability, and performance
Use advanced visualization tools (Qlik, Dash Enterprise, Tableau, PowerBI) to communicate insights effectively
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering)
5+ years of product analytics experience, analyzing user behavior (retention, churn, engagement, MAU/DAU)
Expert-level SQL, including Window functions, nested data, joins; experience structuring datasets in BigQuery
Ability to act as a bridge between product and engineering teams, independently structuring and analyzing raw data
Investigative mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex data puzzles
Strong communication skills and experience influencing stakeholders through data insights
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in relevant field
Experience with dbt (Data Build Tool) or similar
Familiarity with event-based analytics platforms such as Amplitude
Background in subscription models or SaaS products
Experience in Cohort Analysis, Retention Curves, Funnel Optimization
Proficiency in advanced data visualization tools (Qlik, Tableau, PowerBI)
Work Model
Hybrid (mix of remote and on-site work)
Manager is open to fully remote, but prefers near-Dearborn candidates 3 days/week on-site
