About The Role:
The Inspection Analyst plays a critical role in the servicing of commercial real estate loans by providing detailed analysis of property condition reports, identifying potential risks, and tracking deferred maintenance items. This position supports Portfolio Managers in maintaining the quality and value of our commercial real estate loan portfolios.
What You'll Do:
Thoroughly review property inspection reports, environmental reports, and other inspection documents to identify and assess potential property condition issues and risks. Analyze inspection reports for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to established standards and guidelines. Summarize and track findings, highlighting significant issues, code violations, and potential liabilities. Evaluate the impact of identified issues on property value, tenant occupancy, and overall loan performance. Communicate with portfolio managers, departments, and external parties regarding property condition issues.
