Train, coach, and develop a team of Sales Professionals

Manage performance, career progression, turnover, and hiring

Lead by example by actively prospecting through

Attend client meetings to support the

Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure smooth implementation

Partner closely with the VP of Operations to manage daily operations in the Phoenix office
