Our client is hiring a
senior-level Contract Manager
to lead contract negotiation, administration, and compliance for public-sector and enterprise IT engagements. This is a part-time, mostly remote role with occasional in-person meetings in Austin, TX. What You’ll Do
Draft, negotiate & manage contracts (MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, teaming agreements, etc.) Oversee contract lifecycles, insurance compliance & documentation Ensure contract compliance, resolve issues, and lead vendor coordination Collaborate with execs, project teams, and clients daily What We’re Looking For
10+ years’ experience in IT contract management Strong knowledge of Texas DIR and public-sector procurement Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Teams, and MS Office Why Join Us
