Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Director of Operations
to lead our mechanical construction division. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader with a strong background in
large ground-up commercial projects
and proven experience in managing teams and operations. The Director will oversee project execution, resource planning, and operational strategy to ensure safety, quality, and profitability across multiple jobs. While the position is primarily remote, it will require
30% travel
to project sites nationwide to support field teams, build client relationships, and drive operational excellence. Compensation

Provide executive oversight for large-scale mechanical projects. Lead, mentor, and grow project management and field teams. Implement operational strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability. 15+ years of experience in mechanical construction. Expertise in ground-up projects and team leadership. Strong communication and organizational skills. Remote flexibility with company-paid travel.
