Key Responsibilities Sell life insurance to families and individuals using a value‑based, warm lead system. Provide exceptional service without cold calling. Assist clients in setting up life insurance policies. Partner with Symmetry’s warm lead program or source clients through warm market or preferred lead sources. Match clients with the best products from 30+ top‑rated carriers (e.g., Mutual of Omaha, Americo, Gerber Life). Focus on simplified‑issued / instant‑decision products—no para‑med exam required. Help build and possibly own your own agency—optional, with no cost.
Agency Ownership Opportunity to build, own, and grow an agency if desired. No cost to build an agency. Passive income by coaching others to become successful life insurance agents.
Day in the Life (Training Provided) Purchase exclusive warm leads from Symmetry or source clients. Contact leads, gather information, and schedule follow‑up meetings. Match clients with carriers that fit their needs. Guide clients through application and policy issuance. Support clients during the second meeting to finalize policies.
Requirements 1099/commission based position. Must be a US citizen, 18+ years of age. Licensed or unlicensed—guidance provided to help obtain life and health license if necessary.
