With a strong reputation for design excellence and innovation, this firm is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in elevating and unifying its marketing efforts across multiple U.S. studios. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and design-savvy marketing professional with a strong foundation in AEC marketing and a keen eye for graphic quality and storytelling. This is a unique opportunity to step into a firmwide-facing role that focuses on building and refining marketing infrastructure, rather than managing day-to-day pursuits. You’ll act as a key connector across studios – bringing consistency, clarity, and elevated design standards to all marketing materials – while collaborating with senior leadership and creative teams. If you enjoy shaping systems, refining visual and written content, and influencing firmwide strategy while still staying hands-on, this role offers an exciting and high-impact path. Key Responsibilities: Lead quality control and refinement of firmwide marketing materials, including proposals, presentations, project sheets, and publications to ensure a consistently high standard. Develop, maintain, and evolve shared marketing systems, templates, and asset libraries to support cohesive output across multiple offices. Collaborate with studio marketing teams and leadership to guide messaging, improve graphic execution, and elevate overall brand positioning. Oversee key marketing initiatives and deliverables tied to internal milestones, events, and campaigns, streamlining workflows and improving efficiency. Act as a strategic partner to leadership, helping shape how the firm presents its work across different markets and audiences. Key Skills/Requirements: 5+ years of marketing experience within architecture, landscape architecture, urban design, or a related AEC field. Strong graphic sensibility with advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and working knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator. Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex design concepts into clear, compelling narratives. Experience working with digital asset management and CRM systems (e.g., OpenAsset or similar platforms). Highly organized and confident communicator, comfortable collaborating across teams and engaging with senior stakeholders while managing multiple priorities.
