As Global Brand Director Biosimilars you will be responsible for the successful launch of the next wave of biosimilars and ensure sustainable commercial success. In close partnership with the regions & functions, you will design brand plans, tactics and marketing campaigns that deliver best-in-class launches and biosimilar leadership in key markets, particularly the US and Europe. Possible working locations: Netherlands, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, UK or Parsippany, US. How You'll Spend Your Day

Build deep understanding of the biosimilar market dynamics, customer segments and journeys Deliver brand plans, tactics, commercial strategies and marketing campaigns for upcoming biosimilar launches in close collaboration with the key regions and functions Drive launch excellence by leading cross-functional and cross-regional launch teams championing a co-creation approach to define launch plans, success metrics, and overseeing the end-to-end launch execution Monitor performance, identify gaps, guide interventions and initiate life cycle management activities to maximize commercial success Provide commercial input for development and LCM programs and enable training initiatives for marketing and sales teams Build and maintain a strong network with key internal stakeholders Inspire and develop high-performing commercials teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence. Travel requirements: Approximately up to 20% travel to support key meetings and cross-functional planning. Your Experience and Qualifications

A minimum of 7 years in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, with a minimum of 3 years in commercial (marketing and sales) leadership roles. Proven success in commercially launching branded products internationally, preferably EU5 or US commercial roles Experience with digital marketing strategies Ability to lead cross-functional global teams and drive alignment across complex organizations Experience in the biosimilar market is preferred Bachelor's degree required; Master's or advanced degree preferred Compensation Data

The annual starting salary for this position is between $179,000 224,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
