
Investor Relations Operations Associate

A global quantitative investment firm is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and detail-oriented Investor Relations Operations Associate with 3-5 years of relevant experience, to join their team in New York City. This is a hybrid position, with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Oversight of Fund Administrator’s IR function (including reviewing investor statements)
Processing all investor activity (subscriptions/redemptions) and leading the month-end close process by reviewing monthly/quarterly statements, wire confirmations, asset summaries, etc.
Maintenance of account details in CRM & investor reporting
Oversight of the investor website: managing the content posted to internal and external websites and assisting investorswith website access (e.g. setting up access, trouble-shooting technical difficulties, etc.)
Assisting with regulatory reporting
Contributing to additional project-oriented work (e.g. Compliance initiatives, new product launches, fund restructurings/changes, client reporting updates)
Qualifications & Desired Skills:
BA or BS in business or quantitative major with a strong academic record
3-5 years of relevant experience
Intermediate to advanced level computer skills; must be highly proficient in Excel
Willingness to obtain Series 3 license; the company will sponsor
High level of precision in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in a data-driven environment
Able to effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines escalating issues as necessary
Excellent written and effective oral communication skills
Strong organizational skills; logical thinker
Team player, but able to work independently with minimal oversight; exhibits appropriate discretion
