SDR - Job Summary Position requires a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR). The SDR is responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities to support Alpha Drive AI’s B2B sales efforts within the automotive industry. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead engagement, and early-stage relationship development with prospective clients.
The SDR serves as a critical entry point into the sales pipeline and is expected to consistently execute high-volume outreach activities while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and adherence to company processes.
SDR - Primary Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Meeting Setting:
Proactively generating new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline.
Researching and identifying potential accounts:
making outbound cold calls, sending emails and leveraging social media to establish industry connections and set up demonstrations of product offerings.
Adding perspective client connections into a sales flow to ensure consistent follow-up.
Email Marketing:
Design and dispatch effective email campaigns to targeted leads. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Phone and Text Outreach:
Make outbound calls and send text messages to potential leads. Document and track all activities in the CRM.
Social Media Outreach:
Identify and engage with potential leads on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, and Automotive Forums. Develop and maintain a consistent online brand presence and voice.
Training & Development:
Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops as required.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor and report on key metrics to ensure KPIs are being met or exceeded. Continually refine the lead generation process based on performance data.
Experience & Competencies
Sales Skills:
Previous experience in sales or customer service preferrred. We value a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective prospect engagement.

Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or customer-facing roles preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
Familiarity with sales engagement tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo) preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools preferred
Ability to learn and adapt to new software systems and internal platforms quickly
Supervisory Responsibility This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
This job operates in a professional office environment or approved remote work environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Requires extended periods of computer and phone use.
