Product Marketing Director

Intapp is the leading AI platform for investment and professional services firms, helping them grow, manage risk, and run profitably. We recently launched Intapp Celeste, an AI-native agentic platform purpose-built to automate firm workflows while enforcing professional compliance and confidentiality standards. It's the biggest product launch in our company's history. This is a zero-to-one role. Celeste is new, the market is forming, and the playbook hasn't been written yet. We're looking for an entrepreneurial product marketer who wants to build something from scratch: test new stories, learn rapidly from buyers and the market, iterate on positioning weekly, and figure out what works. You'll own the go-to-market for Celeste, working at the intersection of AI, storytelling, and market creation. This isn't PMM for a mature product. It's the kind of work that feels more like an early-stage startup, backed by the distribution and client relationships of a public enterprise software company with 2,750+ firms on the platform. You'll work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to craft a differentiated narrative, translate market signal into strategy, and build the programs that drive adoption and establish category leadership. What you will do: Build and rapidly iterate Celeste's positioning, messaging, and narrative. Test stories with buyers, learn what resonates, and evolve the message as the product and market develop. Design and evolve packaging, pricing, and commercial models. Work with Product and Sales to test offers, find what drives adoption, and support long-term growth. Develop use cases and value stories across professional and financial services. Over time, expand and adapt the Celeste narrative to new industries, personas, and geographies. Build go-to-market playbooks and sales enablement from the ground up, from product launch through field activation. Partner with Product and Engineering to bring market and buyer insights into the roadmap: competitive dynamics, buyer objections, and whitespace opportunities. Establish Celeste's market credibility through analyst engagement, media, client proof points, and ROI case studies. What you will need: 8+ years of B2B product marketing or related experience, including with GTM for an AI product, platform, or advanced enterprise technology. Entrepreneurial mindset with evidence of building something new. Exceptional storytelling. You can take a complex, technical product and turn it into a clear, compelling narrative for senior buyers at large firms. Strong business acumen and problem-solving ability. You can break down ambiguous market problems and translate analysis into action. Experience with packaging, pricing, or commercial model design. You've shaped how a product goes to market, not just how it's described. Ability to lead cross-functionally. You'll drive alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing without direct authority, in an environment where priorities shift fast. Domain familiarity with legal tech, financial services, or professional services is a plus. Bachelors degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
